Drone Operations Technician / Specialist

Do you live for flying drones and tinkering with the latest gear? This role combines fulfillment + warehouse ops with hands-on drone testing and customer support.
What you’ll do
  • Operate, test, and calibrate drones (DJI, FPV, and other UAS/UAV platforms) so they’re configured and flight-ready
  • Pack and ship online orders securely and accurately
  • Receive, inspect, and stock inventory while keeping records clean
  • Diagnose issues on returns and coordinate exchanges/repairs
  • Support customers via email, chat, and phone (setup, troubleshooting, flying tips, FAA/Part 107 best practices)
  • Keep the warehouse organized and help improve processes as we scale
What we’re looking for
  • Real drone experience (UAS/UAV) — bonus if you’ve worked with autonomous flight modes too
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
  • Comfortable with computers + e-commerce/shipping tools
  • Clear communicator who can be helpful and professional with customers
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and improves what they touch
  • FAA Part 107 is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
