USDS Care is built to keep you flying when the unexpected happens. Crashes, hard landings, and sudden hardware failures are part of real-world drone ownership — and when they happen, you shouldn’t be stuck waiting or fighting with insurance.
With USDS Care, you get direct, US-based support from the same team that sold you your drone. No third-party insurers. No drawn-out claims. When a covered issue occurs, we’ll repair or replace your device at our discretion so you can get back to work faster.
Coverage lasts 12 months. If service is needed, a small refresh fee applies. Lost or unrecovered devices aren’t covered, and the affected device must be returned to USDS for service.
