Most in-stock orders ship the same day from our California warehouse. Standard delivery is typically 2–5 business days. If an item is on backorder, we provide clear updates and estimated ship dates.

HoverAir products include a 12-month warranty on the flying camera device and most accessories. The battery is covered for 12 months or 200 cycles, whichever comes first, and the handlebar mount carries a 6-month warranty. This coverage does not include damage caused by user error, unauthorized repairs, or disassembly. Official services include technical support, repairs, replacements, and other assistance as needed.
