Ok, its DJI, so you know its probably going to be a good purchase. What I want to comment on is U.S. Drone Supply.
I placed my order for the DJI Matrice 4T Wilderness Bundle on Sunday, 10/25. The combo includes the 4T combo with 1 Battery, plus an addtional 3 batteries and the Spotlight. It arrived from the West Coast to Alabama 4 days later. So the order processing was very good. However, that's not the best part of the story.
I received the box about 4:00pm Central Time. When I opened it to take inventory, I realized I was short one battery. I called U.S. Drone Supply immediately. I don't remember who answered, but I spoke with a human being within 30 seconds. I told him what I was missing, he checked the order and within two minutes, apologized, told me they had some problems with the bundle I ordered and said he would take care of it. Other than asking for my order number, he asked me no questions. I asked if he needed a photo of what I had received and he said it wasn't necessary. Now, mind you, this wasn't simply a missing propeller or a missing USB cable, it was a missing $250 battery, which is a substantial amount of money.
Around 4:30pm, I got a notice that a UPS label had been created. When I checked what it was for, it was from U.S. Drone Supply. The missing battery shipped that afternoon within 30 minutes of my conversation. My order was updated to include the missing battery.
My friends, this is customer service as it should be. This was my first purchase from U.S. Drone Supply, but it won't be my last. If more companies took care of their customers the way U.S. Drone Supply took care of me, the world would be a much better place. Mistakes happen. It's how you correct them that's important.
After the first of the year, I'm going to be in the market for a Matrice 4E. I can almost guarantee I will buy it from U.S. Drone Supply.

My Matrice 4 case has four battery slots. This 5th battery rides in the aircraft. It is now fully loaded with ample backup battery power for extended missions.
