If you’ve been hunting for DJI enterprise gear, you know the struggle: everyone claims to have it, but very few actually do. US Drone Supply (USDS) is the real deal. The biggest takeaway for me was their pricing and availability. You can’t fly what you can’t buy, and USDS actually had the 240W Power Adapter in stock and ready to move.
Shipping & Condition:
I placed my order and they had it shipped out ASAP. It arrived in great condition, and I was really impressed with the variety of cords included—it’s a solid, versatile setup.
A Note on Logistics:
Just a heads up for others: FedEx did delay this shipment (just like they did with my Matrice 4T Wilderness bundle), but I want to be clear that this is not USDS’s fault. Once they hand the package over to the carrier, it’s out of their hands. USDS did their part perfectly by getting it out the door immediately.
Pro-Tip & Customer Service:
The customer service at USDS is excellent—responsive and professional. My only minor "wish list" item is that for the 200W-300W chargers, it should be more clearly stated on the product page that this specific power adapter is a required purchase. I didn't see that mentioned anywhere prior to buying, so hopefully, they can update the descriptions to help out the next pilot.
Overall, I’m extremely happy. If you want fair prices and a company that actually has the stock they advertise, look no further than US Drone Supply.
