At US Drone Supply we work hard to make the process simple, safe, and transparent.

When you order from us:

  • Every drone is inspected and tested before shipment
  • Everything we sell is guaranteed to be functional on arrival
  • If something isn’t right, our team will work with you to make it right
  • Most orders ship from our San Diego, California facility
  • We offer a 30-day return window

We take care of honest customers quickly and fairly.

Because drones are high-value electronics and fraud unfortunately exists in this industry, we also maintain policies designed to prevent return abuse, product swaps, and fraudulent chargebacks. These protections help keep prices fair for everyone.

Working-on-Arrival Guarantee

Every item we ship is guaranteed to be functional when it arrives.

This means the product will perform its primary functions as advertised.

If anything appears wrong with your order, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery so we can assist quickly.

Resolution may include:

  • troubleshooting support
  • repair assistance or replacement 

Customers may be asked to provide photos or video to help diagnose the issue.

For shipping damage claims, please retain all packaging materials.

Simple 30-Day Returns

If you change your mind or order the wrong item, you may return your order within 30 days of purchase.

All returns require prior authorization from our support team.

Return outcomes depend on the condition of the item.

Products may be sold as new, open-box, or unsealed as described on the individual product page.

1. Defective or Incorrect Items 

If your product arrives defective or we sent the wrong item:

  • We cover return shipping
  • We repair, replace, or refund the item
  • No restocking fee applies

Our goal is to resolve these issues quickly and fairly.

2. Unopened / Unused Returns

If the item remains unopened and unused in its original packaging, it may be returned within 30 days for a refund minus shipping costs.

3. Opened or Used Returns

Opened items may still be returned. However, a 20% restocking fee may apply.

This fee covers inspection, testing, repackaging, and resale costs.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • a defective product
  • an incorrect item shipped by us

Refused deliveries or orders returned due to incorrect address information may be subject to return shipping charges and restocking fees.

Return Condition Requirements

Authorized returns must meet the following conditions:

  • the same item originally shipped must be returned
  • all accessories, batteries, cables, and components must be included
  • the product must be packaged safely with proper padding
  • the item must not be altered or intentionally damaged

Products and returns may be documented during inspection, packing, and processing to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud.

Returns that arrive with missing components or in materially different condition may result in repair or replacement costs being deducted from the refund.

Product Verification

For quality control and fraud prevention, product serial numbers and other unique identifiers are recorded during fulfillment.

Returned items must match the product originally shipped.

If a returned item does not match the product originally sent, the return may be rejected and the incident reported as return fraud.

Items returned with mismatched identifiers may be reported to payment processors and fraud prevention databases and law enforcement.

Orders, Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Occasionally pricing or inventory errors may occur. US Drone Supply reserves the right to correct errors or cancel orders where necessary.

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment for a full refund.

Orders over $1,000 may require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt. Customers may request signature removal prior to shipment.

Shipping

Most orders ship from our San Diego, California facility.

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Tracking information is provided once your order leaves our facility.

US Drone Supply is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Additional Protection (USDS Care)

Customers who want protection beyond the Working-on-Arrival Guarantee may purchase USDS Care coverage.

USDS Care provides additional service options and protection plans for eligible products.

Chargebacks, Fraud & Return Abuse

We strive to resolve issues quickly and fairly.

Customers agree to contact US Drone Supply and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve any issue before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.

Examples of fraudulent disputes may include:

  • claiming non-delivery when tracking confirms delivery
  • returning a different device than originally shipped
  • returning a damaged or altered product
  • attempting to keep the product while reversing payment

Where fraud or abuse is confirmed, US Drone Supply may pursue recovery of all associated losses including:

  • product value
  • shipping costs
  • inspection and restocking fees
  • payment processor chargeback fees
  • collection costs and attorney fees where permitted by law

Fraudulent chargebacks may be referred to third-party collections agencies and merchant fraud reporting databases.

These measures help protect honest customers and maintain fair pricing.

Non-Return or Damaged Return After Chargeback

If a customer initiates a chargeback and fails to return the product, or returns a product in materially different or unusable condition, US Drone Supply may:

  • invoice the customer for the full product value
  • provide a short payment window to resolve the balance
  • assign the unpaid balance to a licensed collections agency
  • pursue civil and criminal remedies

Customers remain responsible for reasonable collection costs associated with recovery.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, US Drone Supply shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.

Customers are responsible for operating drones in accordance with FAA regulations and applicable local laws.

SMS Communication Consent

By providing your phone number at checkout or through our website, you consent to receive SMS messages from US Drone Supply.

Messages may include:

  • order updates
  • shipping notifications
  • customer support communication
  • occasional promotional messages

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in San Diego County, California.
