We want you to feel confident when purchasing high-value drone equipment from US Drone Supply.

Every product we sell is inspected and tested before shipment, and we stand behind what we sell.

Our goal is simple: if something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to fix it quickly and fairly.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. Return outcomes depend on the condition of the item and the reason for the return.

All returns require prior authorization from our support team.

If Something Arrives Wrong 

If your product arrives defective, damaged in transit, or not as described, we will make it right.

Most issues can be resolved quickly through troubleshooting or replacement.

In these cases:

  • We cover return shipping
  • No restocking fee applies
  • We repair, replace, or refund the item depending on the situation

To help us resolve issues quickly, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery if something appears wrong with your order.

Our team may request photos or video to assist with troubleshooting.

For shipping damage claims, please retain all packaging materials.

Simple 30-Day Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your order within 30 days of purchase.

All returns require Return Authorization from our support team before sending any item back.

Unopened / Unused Items

Items that remain unopened and unused in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a refund minus original shipping costs.

Opened or Used Items

Opened items may still be returned within 30 days.

However, a 20% restocking fee may apply.

This fee helps cover inspection, testing, repackaging, and resale costs.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item shipped by us

Refused shipments or orders returned due to incorrect address information may be subject to return shipping costs and restocking fees.

Return Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • The same item originally shipped must be returned
  • All accessories, batteries, cables, and components must be included
  • The product must be packaged securely with proper protection
  • The item must not be altered or intentionally damaged

Returns that arrive missing components or in materially different condition may result in repair or replacement costs being deducted from the refund.

Product Verification & Fraud Prevention

For quality control and fraud prevention, product serial numbers and other unique identifiers are recorded during fulfillment.

Returned items must match the product originally shipped.

If a returned item does not match the product originally sent, the return may be rejected and the incident may be reported as return fraud.

Items returned with mismatched identifiers may be reported to payment processors and fraud prevention databases where permitted by law.

These protections help us prevent return abuse and keep prices fair for all customers.

Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Fraud, Chargebacks & Return Abuse

We strive to resolve issues quickly and fairly.

Customers agree to contact US Drone Supply and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve any issue before filing a payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent disputes may include:

  • Claiming non-delivery when tracking confirms delivery
  • Returning a different device than originally shipped
  • Returning a damaged or altered product
  • Attempting to keep the product while reversing payment

Where fraud or abuse is confirmed, US Drone Supply reserves the right to pursue recovery of all associated losses including:

  • Product value
  • Shipping costs
  • Inspection and restocking fees
  • Chargeback processing fees
  • Collection costs and attorney fees where permitted by law

Fraudulent chargebacks may be referred to third-party collections agencies and merchant fraud reporting databases.
