Replacement units provided under USDS Care may be new or refurbished and will be professionally inspected and tested to ensure proper functionality. Cosmetic appearance may vary. USDS may substitute an equivalent model or equivalent-condition unit if the exact model is not available.
If you ever need to use your coverage, a small USDS Refresh Fee applies to help cover handling and service. The exact amount depends on your device and is always shown to you before any repair or replacement is done.
