I have not had a chance to use them however I wasI have not had a chance to use them however I was surprised that they just were wrapped in bubble wrap like someone took them off a shelf, wrapped them up and sent them to me. No instructions no box no cellophane wrap.

Thanks for the honest feedback — totally understand why that caught you off guard.

As noted on the product page, these Goggles 3 units are refurbished in excellent condition and ship as standalone units only, so they don’t include retail packaging or accessories. They’re securely bubble-wrapped to protect them in transit, but they won’t come in the original DJI box or sealed wrap like a brand-new set would.

That said, they are fully functional and tested and will power up and bind just like new. If anything looks off once you’ve had a chance to use them, please let us know right away and we’ll take care of it.

I ordered the DJI Googles 3 from US Drone Supply. They worked great. A different experience for me getting use to FPV Googles but a welcome addition for this bright Florida Sun. They googles shipped from the US and I dealt with Matt. I had a few questions which he promptly answered via email. They even called to make sure the googles were working out for me. I'm invested in DJI so I wanted these before the ridiculous ban. I would recommend if you don't mind paying a bit more. A trip abroad will cost you more unless you drive to Canada.

Product came in good shape, however the cigarette smell was not pleasant.

Misunderstood the add, Made a purchase and was treated well ! A return was needed and a 15% restocking fee was required , I understand this .It was my mistake. And have no problem with it ! Please read all adds throughly and learn from my mistake ! Live well… KTW.
