Super prompt and well packaged

The drone arrived quickly. Much faster than DJI. DJI told me no care refresh was available. Thankfully, they were able to put a replacement plan on the drone. Don't use anyone else. JM

This RC 2 controller is 100% better than using a controller that you have to use your phone with it! I'm glad I bought this one

The "Plus" extended battery is great. It's nice to have the extended time.

Drone crashed after 10 seconds of flight on 3rd or 4th time I used it. Trying to get replacement through your customer service and have not heard back.

The backpack strap appears to be well made and the padding in thick enough to reduce strain. I haven't tried it on an actual hike yet so I can't vouch for how it performs in actual field conditions.
