The "Plus" extended battery is great. It's nice to have the extended time.
Drone crashed after 10 seconds of flight on 3rd or 4th time I used it. Trying to get replacement through your customer service and have not heard back.

The backpack strap appears to be well made and the padding in thick enough to reduce strain. I haven't tried it on an actual hike yet so I can't vouch for how it performs in actual field conditions.
I had purchased the dji mini 5 pro before and thought everything about it was great however the body could be a lil tougher but I had to buy a second one I liked it so much. this time I'll put some kind of coverage on it to help with repairs if i crash it again the video and photos are amazing
