FAQ
Use this text to share information about your product or shipping policies.
When will it ship?
Your order will ship out from our warehouse according to the "estimated shipping" window displayed on the product page. This is an estimate and we work around the clock to meet or beat them.
Will there be any additional fees?
No — the price listed is all-inclusive. Shipping is free, with no hidden charges or surprise import fees.
How can I trust you'll deliver?
We're a registered business based in San Diego with a long track record of delivering high-value products. We provide full tracking and updates, and we're always available to answer questions along the way.
Will this work in the US?
Yes — all products sold are fully functional and usable in the U.S.
Is it sealed?
Is there a warranty?
All products from US Drone Supply are sold “as-is.” We do not provide a warranty, and any coverage from the manufacturer (like DJI) must be handled directly with them. Every item is tested and guaranteed authentic, but we recommend checking compatibility and functionality before use. For extra peace of mind, you may want to consider third-party protection or insurance, as we do not cover damage, malfunctions, or user mistakes.
